Reserve our pool and pavilion for private events. Rentals include use of the pool, pavilion, and picnic area during your reserved time slot.

Rental Information
• Rentals include access to the pool and pavilion only.
• You must be an adult member of Tamarack Swim Club to rent.
• Rentals are available during designated rental hours.
• Final details and availability will be confirmed by the club.
Rental Rules
• Maximum of 25 guests at the pavilion (swimming or not).
• Grills are available but may also be used by other members and cannot be moved to the picnic table area or under the pavilion.
• The adult hosting the event must be present for the entire duration of the event.
• The host must speak to a board member or lifeguard on duty to clarify how guest fees will be handled.
• We can keep a tally of non-member swimming guests and let you know the total at the end of the party so you can pay, OR guests can pay as they enter.
• Non-member swimming guests are $10.00 each.
• Hosts are responsible for the behavior of their guests, cleaning tables and grills as needed, and returning any Club property to its original location.
Key Rules
No glass containers. Lifeguards must be on duty during all rentals. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
How to Request a Rental
To request a pool and pavilion rental, please email tamarackswimclub@gmail.com with your preferred date, time, and estimated number of guests. We will confirm availability and pricing with you directly.
